Montalbano Homes includes a Limited Warranty with the purchase of every brand new Montalbano Home.

This Limited Warranty provides you peace of mind, as it is administered by Residentail Warranty Corporation (RWC), and it is one of the most comprehensive warranties available today. The warranty covers materials and workmanship, as outlined in the RWC manual, for the first year after the date that you close.

If you have any additional questions about the Warranty coverage, eligibility and how to obtain service are described in detail in your Residential Warranty Corp.
